“Very friendly staff. I traveled with my 2 daughters and 1 of my friends/their friends daughter…staff was so nice to them sometimes kids are not treated so friendly at places/hotels. Bfast was awesome- tons of choices. Pool was nice. Only a few issues: 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service. So we often had to wait. And in the gulf the buildings are up on risers- so the elevator was a needed item from the get go. Also no spot to pull in and register or drop off luggage/ people in the parking...

“Great location, easy walk to Beal St and many of the attractions. The afternoon guest service people couldn’t help with any restaurant recommendations and the bar tender gave my wife wife a small pour of wine and everyone else who were on a tab big pours. Wouldn’t give me a glass for a beer. The room was fine. ”
