Very well positioned, but made by 3 different sites: one for reception, one for breakfast and one for the rooms. My room was old and dilapidated, far from the number of stars of this hotel. Very nice breakfast room.

Ottima soluzione, soprattutto per la posizione che permette di girare la città in tranquillità sia di raggiungere a piedi la stazione e molte delle linee urbane e non.

Squallore a 4 stelle
Premetto che io ho soggiornato nella struttura Gallery e avevo una stanza Deluxe; in quest'ultimo anno è la quarta volta che mi reco a Delft e la 7 volta in Olanda, purtroppo il mio albergo non aveva disponibilità. Le anomalie riscontrate sono numerose: la stanza era non perfettamente pulita, si sviluppava su 2 livelli con il bagno al piano del soggiorno, l'area facility era composta da 4 bicchieri di carta con dentro le cialde appoggiate sul frigo bar sporco e non funzionante privo di cucchiaini, vassoio.... Il bagno era squallido e scarsamente attrezzato non era presente neanche lo specchio sul lavabo poiché incassato nel sottotetto. Nella vasca vi erano peli trovati anche il giorno successivo. La stanza da letto al piano superiore in un abbaino ha il letto posizionato in una pedana di legno privo di testata, per accedervi bisognava entrare carponi e si poteva stare solo distesi senza neanche riuscire a leggere; nella stanza era presente un termosifone che emetteva aria fredda (problema fatto presente, non risolto, ma superato staccando la presa). La colazione squallida composta soltanto da prodotti confezionati e di scarsa qualità priva di frutta. Non credo che possa definirsi un 4 stelle ma neanche tre e, per quanto riguarda la pulizia neanche 2. Delusione su tutti i fronti

Personale non proprio cortese e camera sprovvista di aria condizionata in un momento in cui c'erano 35 gradi ed un caldo da morire. Non abbiamo dormito tutta la notte

Authentic and tastefully designed. Windows to the canal and old church. You would need to get used to the bell chime, but it is a part of the charm!

Het bleef warm in de kamer, slechte ventilatie. Klein tafeltje. Misten verlichting bij het aanrechtblok en de zithoek, alleen 2 grote lampen. Verder liep het water slecht weg in de wastafel en misten we een kapstok. Het was fijn dat het verblijf midden in het centrum was. Delft is een mooie stad! Ontbijt kan je beter los boeken bij de locatie, stuk goedkoper. Prima ontbijt!

Het hotel bestaat uit 3 aparte gebouwen, die een paar honderd meter uit elkaar liggen. Je moet buitenom om in een ander gebouw te komen. Er is maar 1 receptie, aangezien dit voor ons niet duidelijk was, dachten we in de regen even snel de koffers binnen te zetten en vervolgens de auto in de parkeergarage te zetten. Dat ging dus niet, we stonden op dat adres voor een dichte deur. Advies: let op het adres van de receptie en meld je eerst daar aan (met auto goed bereikbaar), parkeer daarna in de parkeergarage. Hotel is prima gelegen aan de rand van het centrum en pal naast de ingang van Museum Prinsenhof.

Goede locatie. Kamers hebben renovatie nodig.
Mooie locatie bij oude kerk en dus bij centrum. Studio geboekt met walk in shower. Walk in shower was een krappe douchecabine. Geen stopcontacten bij bed om telefoon op te laden. Buiten om naar ontbijt want ander gebouw waren minpunten.

Voor oudere mensen was de kamer slecht toegankelijk, twee trappen naar boven, op de gang nog n afstapje je kan je nergens aan vasthouden. Geen informatie gekregen over de mogelijkheid om het bagageliftje te gebruiken, mijn ouders zagen dat pas nadat de koffer naar boven was gesjouwd. Geen douche je moet in het bad gaan staan, onhandig als je 90 jaar oud bent. Om 22.30 kwam er een vreemde man binnen op de kamer, heel raar dat dit kan

Leuk hotel, prima bedden, mooie kamer, schoon, goede informatie. Het enige minpunt is dat er in de kamer geen enkel raam open kon. Dat maakt het in de nacht heel benauwd op de kamer.

Pleasantly surprised. It was a much quicker and easier walk from Delft station than I thought. Nice staff, clean room. Good location. Walk down the alley way by the hotel and you are in old town Delft in 2 minutes. Room was too warm. Fan just enough. Breakfast expensive for what you get.
