“The room was clean. The bed pillows were not as comfortable as my home pillow. The pool was small, but we were the only ones using it. There is no hot tub. Breakfast was always hot with a good variety of good food.”

“The TV controller was all messed up. I had to turn it off and on by flipping switch on the surge protector. AC was hard to regulate. It was cool or it wasn’t. Seemed very expensive for what we got.”

“Nice clean rooms and very nice grass area for pets. The pet deposit is very expensive relative to other hotels, and the amount was not disclosed until AFTER we completed the non-refundable reservation. For that, they lose a star in my rating. Otherwise, nice hotel conveniently located.”

“Advertised as on the harbor, it was actually two parking lots away from the harbor. The elevator was pathetic: small, slow, and dirty, and the landing was dirty. Bird crap on the windows and the view from the other window was gross; the rooftop was several floors below. The room was ok. TV sound and CC didn't work, and two attempts to ask for help resulted in nothing. On the plus side, the location was nice, the room was big and clean, and the front desk staff were nice.”
