“Arguably one of the loudest Hotels I have ever stayed in. Maybe it was the room location, since I was on the first floor down a bit from the lobby. It wasn't particularly the people staying in the hotel that were loud, just normal everyday actions were loud. (Someone clearing their throat, coughing, regular conversation or normal T.V. volume, etc.) Even in my room, the doors that that would connect two rooms together, you could see light coming from the next room through it. “The room was clean and adequate for what we paid. The staff on registration was a concern. She seemed to struggle getting us checked in. Once to our room, the door wouldn’t open because the inside latch was “caught.” While trying to get it open, we realized there was someone in the room that we were trying to enter. We addressed it with the staff at the desk, who kept saying she couldn’t understand why “they” would have put two of us in that room. The next morning at breakfast, she admitted...

“Room was okay for the price. However shower was a disaster. Not enough water pressure to even move the water up to the shower head. Had to take shower with the hand held unit which was also weak. They really to fix this. Only reason I don't give the stay an "Excellent"”

“Room was clean and very quiet. Staff members were nice and accommodating If you want a super nice pool experience don’t stay here. It was adequate, but we didn’t use it. ”

“Needs updates, breakfast times need changed, overly crowded long lines. Waffle makers should move it held up the line. Pool was fun and clean, but no pool towels were available several times we needed them. Our bathroom sink didnt drain.”

“Light and outlet over the sink was not working. Room hall light did not work. Door from parking lot to hotel was inoperable. Floors in bathroom were not clean. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. The breakfast was good.”

“The main door to the suite didn't latch properly for the time we were there, We were not happy about that told the staff . The staff was fantastic , helpful kind . The toilet need to be fixed properly was not bolted down. But once asked the maintenance worker he did the best he could. Staff was super helpful.”

“Ac did not work. Tye previous client left star pimple patches on the wall and the bathroom floor was caving in to the end that i though my sugar dropped enough to make me unsteady. Nope it was the 2 inch gap between the wall and toilet where it caved. No one cleaned or offered to the entire stay. We had 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 3 adults. When i checked out, no one asked how the stay was. He just took the key and said good bye. Pick somewhere else!”

“Beds were super soft and tall, dont sleep on the edges cause you'll end up rolling off. The breakfast was disappointing. Came down 30 mins before it ended. The lady who was in charge wouldn't make more eggs. The tater tots were all squished. She was outside smoking. On the patio throwing her cigarette butts on the ground. Other staff members came down at the end of breakfast to take what was left..but there wasn't much left.”
