“Nice, clean room. Location was convenient to where I needed to go for an appointment. The office was open 24 hours, which accommodated my need to check out very early to catch a particular bus. The refrigerator and microwave were nice touches that other motels don't necessarily provide. Big TV. Random, but: as a home design aficionado, I thought the choice of sort-of-shimmery tiles in the bathroom were very pretty.”

“Hampton Inn is my go-to hotel because of the consistency of quality. Unfortunately, not this time. Check in was okay. Staff member wasn't very welcoming. Room was very nice. Pillows were not comfortable. It was very hard to sleep because of the loud road noise. Lots of sirens all night. Next day the maid walked in on me as I was drying off from my shower. Definitely not my favorite Hampton Inn stay.”

“Soggiorno confortevole non lontano da Studio City in una zona ben servita e tranquilla. Hotel ristrutturato da poco in stile anni ‘50/60, semplice ma fornito di tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in una stanza famigliare in cui forse avrei aggiunto un punto luce all’entrata (l’unica luce disponibile a soffitto era sul secondo letto e l’interruttore era vicino al letto, spostato dall’entrata e a metà stanza). Ok la colazione.”

“Will not stay here again .looks nice on the picture but when you get there it’s and inconvenience.Theres not stuff on site .theres a code to get in and out of the building.and if some how your locked out you have to call .i would just stay at an actual hotel.”

“Abbiamo letto le recensioni purtroppo solo dopo aver prenotato e devo ammettere che eravamo seriamente preoccupati. Il Motel è in una zona trafficata ma comoda all’autostrada. Il giorno prima del nostro arrivo ho scritto alla struttura esponendo la mia preoccupazione e credo che ciò sia servito per farci dare una camera molto bella che corrispondeva anche nelle foto (cosa che non sempre capita....anzi quasi mai) a quella del sito. “The staff was rude, the room next door had a smell of a dead body in it. And the staff did not care to do anything other then tell me how I was wrong. Used to stay there in the last. “Stayed for a week,a lot of info was withheld and the organizers weren’t transparent about. There’s trash on the side of the house,they’ve continued to let guests who were obnoxious rude or violent stay there. Each time it was brought up,it was dismissed. I personally witnessed the staff steal a guest’s food and be absolutely rude about it. Newer guests were known gang members who said “we should set up shop,here” over the week the staff would come in and not actually clean anything, there was...

“Una tragedia totale a partire da chi era al desk in reception che ha creato problemi durante la prenotazione (facendoci spendere il doppio), nell'assegnazione della camera, nel ignorare tutti i problemi sin dal primo minuto.
