“They have obviously upgraded the facility since we stayed there last year.
Very clean.
Check-in staff member was great. Breakfast staff member was also lovely. Check out staff member- non existent (in back room, just a basket to put room cards in- no one to make sure everything was good- only bad thing I can say about our stay). Will still give a 5* rating as everyone else was perfect!
The pool was heated!! We really enjoyed that. And the hot tub was nice and hot too! We will return again...

“First impressions are everything, and this hotel nailed it! I've never been greeted by a hotel associate in the parking lot, so that was a bit shocking - in the best way. This hotel, and all the staff, went above and beyond to make sure we were well-informed, comfortable, and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. I was blown away by all the sincere and generous people at the hotel. The customer service certainly exceeded my expectations.
