“This property was horrible. The staff customer service sucks. The water don’t work, the rooms doors don’t lock, they have broken tv’s and management is horrible. I would not recommend this hotel to no one.”

“I was given a room that wasn't cleaned. The bed was made, everything looked up to par until I went in the bathroom. The bathroom was a disaster with feces inside of the toilet”

“We love staying here because the rooms are much nicer than any other hotel in the area. The kitchenette’s are very useful, and having windows that actually open and dedicated work spaces are so wonderful. We stay there about once a month for work, and the mattresses are sometimes too stiff, and it’d go a long way to have robes in the rooms too! Especially for such a beautiful boutique hotel! ”

Surroundings need major upkeeping, our room was not clean when we got in, and despite the fact that we noted the effort to renew the bathroom, only the wall tiling and mirror coukd be appreciated. The rest was sloppily completed and not cleaned. The rest of the room was run down, but the space was good. Breakfast options: bagels, toast, waffles, cornflakes and branflakes. Stop. Coffee, tea and oj. Housekeeping did not come to make...
