Siamo rimasti solo una notte di passaggio, per cui non abbiamo sfruttato Spa e altri servizi, ma tutto sommato, e considerando anche l'ottimo prezzo, un'esperienza che rifarei”

“OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. “Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

“Staff lovely, food and service reasonable, and the fridge and microwave is a great bonus, as are the takeout hot sandwiches at Breakfast, but the room could be a lot cleaner, it's not nice finding lots of dust when looking behind bedside cupboards for sockets to plug chargers into, plus the carpet was filthy”
