“Amazing place to stay, we had a double room with our own bathroom. Everything was clean, spacious, and comfortable while being convenient and sustainable. The location was right in the city centre but still nice and quiet and the reception staff was the loveliest, giving us local recommendations and letting us leave our luggage during the day. “Rooms have names not numbers and our room was called Tokyo. The room theme was Japanese and very nice, spotlessly clean as well, I saw other room names, including Paria, Vienna and Casablanca but can only imagine their decor, bur imagine they would be good fum. The only disadvantage for me personally was the numer of stairs to the bedroom and the low height of the Japanese style bed”

I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there.
