“Beautiful and clean property. Breakfast was underwhelming, but rooms are well equipped with full fridge/freezer and very tiny microwave, coffeemaker, dishes and silverware. Very safe location. Nice fireplace, warm pool with a slide.”

“Twins GB that are turning 5!! Perfect place!! Multiple Playgrounds, indoor, outdoor pools with waterslides and a splash pad. An amazing fire out for S’mores , Gem mining and a small arcade!!! Will definitely return!!! !!!!!”

“This was a perfect place to stay. It is located close to restaurants and shopping. There is easy access to the road it is on if you want to go either way. The room was comfortable and can be very dark if that's how you like to sleep. It was quiet and clean and the bed was just right. I didn't eat breakfast because I was there to sleep late. Parking was easy and I felt safe. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I will definitely go back there.”

“The toilet was broke.the jaccuzi in room wasnt working&the buttons were missing.the plug was peeling&barely holding on.the water in the shower was awful it was scolding hot or ice cold.the paint on the bottom of rhe shower was peeling&the drain was broke.wifi didnt work.the plug in outlets didnt work.the hot tub outside was gross&so was the pool.very disappointed in the stay.the rooms &place is NOTHING like what they advertise on there website.”

“Check in was easy. Room was dirty, musty smelling, carpets were nasty, and many of the lamps, electrical outlets, and other room features were in poor condition. Also, the other hotel occupants were of shady character. Definitely not a family hotel! More like a 4 hour stop over for a street pickup. This is a solid two star hotel! Whoever is giving this place more then two stars is completely out of their minds, lying, or use to living in a shack!!!”

“Staff was great, I love the hot coffee available 24 hours a day. The breakfast was always hot and fresh daily. My husband and I always travel and stay at this location in pigeon Forrest every year I will always return to stay.”

“Awesome place. Only issue is being a gym rat there were teenage kids in the gym using the equipment in an unsafe manner. The sign says no children under 16 without supervision. Furthermore, a gentleman had his 5-6 year old son in there, wearing his pajamas and flip flops, lifting weights while the father walked on the treadmill and not supervising his child.”
