Everything was in good repair, the staff was super nice, the room was the perfect size for our family, pool and hot tub we're enjoyed and breakfast! You could tell everything was prepared with care and we had the best breakfasts to sustain us through our busy day. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. It seemed like the other guests were having the same great experience because everyone was in a great mood.”

“The property was clean and the staff was friendly until the day we checked out. There was a used maxipad under the nightstand that we discovered only as we were gathering our things to leave. Upon bringing it to the attention of the staff, I was reminded that we booked through an outside platform so that nothing could be done. Feel love the ambience of the back lighting on the bed with a view of the mountains. The Blue Ridge mountains. Bathroom was clean included microwave fridge coffee maker. They even recycled which was a plus. Dog friendly, which is always appreciated outdoor eating space or just a spot to chill in the mornings or the afternoons. Breakfast was included,...

“This is a cute little chalet. It slept the four of us just fine. Just a couple of issues, baby mothes throughout, back burner is burnt out on stove, light bulb was burned out upstairs, and overall the decor feels dated except for the new sofa. Also, outdoor chairs were dirty and filled with spider webs.”

“Trovo che le foto per questo motel siano forvianti. Sicuramente i lodge saranno bellissimi come nelle foto ma la parte motel è desolante. Al momento della prenotazione non si capisce che la struttura è divisa in 2 (lodge e motel) e la parte motel è squallida e su una strada molto trafficata. Il bagno era pulito ma nell'angolo della stanza c'era una grande ragnatela con tanto di ospite peloso e nero. Lenzuola e assciugameni puzzolenti. Mi sono sempre trovata molto bene con Hotels.com ma in questo...

“Very poorly kept rooms for the amount of money we paid. The front desk and staff were helpful and pleasant.”

“This was such a nice place to stay. The king size bed was very comfortable and lots of space in the room even with the big bed. Loved that there were 2 washcloths for each of us instead of 1. Nice size refrigerator. Close enough to everything to be able to walk.”
