“Hotel storico con un grande fascino. Il ristorante ha sbagliato la comanda del pranzo e la colazione è molto english, scarsa selezione di colazione dolce, macchina espresso in bella vista ma non possibile avere un cappuccino…. Unica alternativa l’ immancabile tea o il black coffee! La stessa macchina lavora probabilmente a pranzo e a cena ma è spenta per colazione…”

“Apart from my room which was warm and comfortable but lacked a bath towel, with only a shampoo and a very little round soap being provided, the whole place seemed sad and lonely. The Reception was poorly lit and signed, and was cold and damp; I appeared to be one of only two guests staying on the Saturday night and the guests in the room next to mine kept their television on until 5.15am and periodically seemed to drop something heavy on the floor. “Ideally located next to the station and within a few minutes walk to the shops and city centre. We stayed here while going to a gig at the arena and it was about a 15 minute walk to there. Didn’t really spend that much time in the room/hotel as we dropped our bags and headed out and then got back late, but the room had everything you’d need including nice toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, a little fridge, iron and hairdryer. The bedding was crisp and comfortable, and housekeeping clearly paid attention to detail throughout the space.
