“Oustanding breakfast and staff. Room was spotless but small and dark.”

“Hôtel très bien situé, facilement accessible de la gare ou de la gare routière. Le centre ville n'est pas très loin non plus, les balades le long du canal sont plutôt agréables. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour à Chester.”

“ There was no storage for some clothing items. pants, socks, t shirts etc. There was no window opening presumably due to safety reasons and the air conditioning was very difficult to set correctly.”

“Arrivati tardo pomeriggio la stanza era fredda e il terzo letto non preparato. Mia moglie aveva altra stanza: consegnate le chiavi ha trovato la stanza sporca e non preparata (biancheria letto del cliente precedente). Le hanno cambiato la stanza (ore 21.30) e ha trovato stanza fredda (la finestra era aperta). La prima colazione si può migliorare: il succo d’arancia e’ terribile.”

“Roomzz is very good value for money. The position is perfect, next to the race course and very close to the city centre, rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast could be improved a bit, and unluckily for me I had an issue with non working AC in a very warm day (surprisingly for UK)... if that didn't happen my review would be 100% positive. In any case this hotel is absolutely ok, the next time I come to Chester I'll be back here for sure.”

“The staff were all lovely, very friendly. Simon, Freya and all the people we met were great. The room was very comfortable a great shower and plenty of storage space. Breakfast was superb and cooked to orderr”

“Really beautiful location, very friendly and helpful staff, rooms have an amazing view and comfy bed. Really spacious bathroom for just their standard size room, and really powerful shower. The only slight disadvantage is that the room had no heating on but was very warm somehow, so we had to sleep with the windows open. The breakfast had a good selection of choices, and fresh eggs.”

“The staff are a mix of fabulous and awful - some were so helpful and efficient and could not do enough but others were rather rude and snappy. The whole place needs a bit of TLC - wonderful beautiful building with some fabulous public rooms, statues and artwork but needs a good clean for example cobwebs and dust everywhere, chipped and peeling paint. The outside area is filthy - get a jetwash and clean it down - cushions on outside furniture yuck. The outside area in the second building...
