“Since it was a holiday weekend that might be the reason the cooking staff didn’t show up for breakfast. That was the only disappointment I have.”

“The only thing positive to say about the hotel was the friendly staff. They need to tear down the hotel and start over. The hotel didn't smell fresh. In the room the bed sheets were dirty, the towels were dirty, toilet would not flush half the time, and the tub was terrible... could even take a shower because of the rust and dirt. This hotel is a NO!!!”

“Loved the king suite. I was traveling solo with my 6 month old baby and this was the perfect setup for us. Very quiet and safe area and the space was perfect to give her a quiet space for naps while giving me space to enjoy my stay without disturbing her. Great high chairs in the dining area as well and a wonderful pool as well. 10/10 recommend. If I visit again I will definitely be staying there again”

“These rooms are incredibly expensive, yet it’s disheartening to find that they’re not cleaned daily. Our room was left in a state of disarray, with trash piled up and towels that had been used. We had to personally request a towel change, but nothing else was done to address the cleanliness issues. We will never return to this hotel. Instead, we’ll stick to the Westin downtown.”

“My stay was for 10 days. King Size Suite. The front desk staff was excellent. Upon my arrival to the room, I wiped everything down with Lysol just for my benefit. The furniture was old, drawers not closing properly. The linen had small holes in one of the sheets, however, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool like I wanted it. Each time the cleaning staff serviced my room, they only did one thing each time. Change the towels only, when the trash was also...

“I selected this hotel based on three criteria: Safe, pet friendly, and breakfast included. I paid for the room through Expedia as was required. When I got to the property at 10:30pm, the young man at the desk was very nice, but let me know that I needed to pay. I was really tired, so I thought, "Maybe Expedia didn't charge?" I gave him my credit card. When I got to the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. Some of the lamps didn't work. The refrigerator had mildew growing on it, and the bed was...

“Room was ok. Staff was very rude. Kitchen was ok. Parking was terrible. I will never go back!”

“Room was adequate... all the basics covered for me and my pup for a quick stay. Could definitely use newer linens and rooms were tiny but it had everything I needed. Actually enjoyed the surroundings more than the room. It was in a quiet area with a really pretty pond right across the street to walk my dog.”

“This hotel was good for the money. Hotel is in a easy location rite off the I-40 and near tons of stores and restaurants. Easy travel to places in the area and in City of Memphis. I stayed a week and found cleaning is not that good. There was stuff like a penny and a piece of cookie that was on the hall carpet for the entire week I was there. There was food dried on my table and counter in the my room at check in. I actually borrowed a rag and cleaned the counters and room myself....
