“I am in Ukraine to do volunteer work. Before moving to a flat in the city centre, my introduction to Lviv and to Ukraine was the gracious staff at the Hotel Maestral. I walked in the door after a long bus ride and border crossing on Saturday night. I was soooo tired. “Checked in at 1230 am and staff was so welcoming and attentive. I was shown to a quiet second floor room that was a welcome respite to the rainy outdoors, and the room was toasty warm! Bravissime le cameriere del servizio colazione che hanno una gentilezza nei movimenti che si sposa perfettamente con l'ambiente dell'hotel. Alcune receptionist molto amichevoli altre molto distaccate e fredde al punto da farti sentire un completo estraneo. “I have only good words for this hotel. Everything was fine (check-in & check-out, location, cleanliness, room service and room area, reception staff). I must recommend Rius Hotel to everyone, and surely it will be my first choice for my next Lviv stay. I cannot evaluate the annex restaurant (where breakfast is served), as I didn't enjoy this service: by the way, having an annex restaurant is very useful in case of need.
