“Servizi food & beverage inadeguati, confusione a colazione, scarsa professionalita' del personale. odore di fritto in tutta la struttura, moquette nelle camere da eliminare x igiene. camere da " revamping" troppo scure e buie.”

“Mbazo lodge is truly a special place. You are looked after like a king. True six star service. The food and drink was incredible. The chef so talented. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The drives were amazing and the guides so knowledgeable. Thirty elephants came and drank from the pool while I was eating lunch my first day. A wonderful place. ”

Nonostante non siano riusciti a risolvere un problemino nella ns stanza si sono mossi molto tempestivamente cercando in tutti i modi di risolvere ma non essendo in città capibile il tempo necessario per recuperare i ricambi.”

“Room clean and comfy. Food was very good. Sitting by the pool was very relaxing. There was a problem with the pool and out of use but the staff were very helpful and cleaned the pool which enabled us to use.”

“Il vantaggio di questo hotel è indubbiamente rappresentato dalla posizione. Con un semplice attraversamento di strada (coperto) ed una rapida scala mobile si raggiungono sia l'entertainment centre che il welcome centre. Quindi a piedi si arriva in un baleno alla Valley of waves, alla food court o alla partenza dei gamedrive per Pilanesberg. Il tutto nel lusso più sfrenato. Unica irrilevante pecca il cattivo funzionamento del wifi (che prende solo nella zona della reception), ma tutto il resto è...

“Ruim huisje met terras en uitzicht op het park. Op zich niks verkeerd, maar niet helemaal zoals op de foto's op de website. Die waren, vermoed ik, van de nieuwere huisjes aan de andere kant. Beetje misleidend :-( Het diner was goed maar het ontbijtbuffet was wel heel duur naar Zuid-Afrikaanse normen en niet eens zo speciaal. ”
