“The room was so much more spacious than we expected. It was clean and quiet and the hosts provided some nice staples for their guests. Getting in and out was very easy because of the stellar communication, and we had a very easy walk to the venue we werw going to, as advertised. Very happy with our stay, thank you!”

“Pessima struttura, abbiamo trovato le camere sporche e polverose. Oltretutto non ci hanno mai rifatto le camere malgrado le ns. rimostranze. Ci sono stati forniti asciugamani puliti e basta. Non hanno personale fisso a fare pulizie e ogni volta la risposta era che il personale era andato via. Poi oltre il danno la beffa perché gii abbiamo anche scritto e ci hanno detto che non era vero e che avevamo rifiutato di farci pulire le camere. Mai più pernotteremo in un hotel Sofitel. Pessima esperienza...
