“I chose this hotel primarily because it is advertised as pet-friendly, as it was very important for me to be able to have my pet with me. However, during breakfast, I was asked to remove my small puppy, who was very young and quietly staying inside my bag, after another guest mentioned having allergies.
I understand the concern, but this situation was disappointing, as it contradicted my expectations of a pet-friendly environment. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome having my pet with me...

“The beach view was amazing! We stayed on the 4th floor, with no elevator which was fine and expected. The pool was clean. The staff was friendly. There is an area to clean all of the sand off of you after you were done with the beach. The kitchenette had a full sized oven which was great and all pots and pans were provided.”

“Well maintained hotel with very friendly staff. Pet friendly with multiple pet relief areas. Maintained pool. Room was spacious and clean over all, only complaint would be the floors. They looked clean but the bottom of our feet said otherwise. Would stay here again, great value !! ”

“Room 1003A was amazing. I had 3 kids with me on our family trip and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved swimming in the pools and the playing pool on the pool table. The staff was very friendly and didn't hesitate to answer any of our questions we had. We were able to check into our room early after driving 24 straight to get there. Hands down would pick this place again over any other place in Panama!”

“The staff at the Osprey went above and beyond to accomodate our stay. The room was clean and surprising to us had a full stove, refrigerator and microwave. Walmart was 3mins away, so we were able to shop for food and cook while we were there. Just a 10min walk to Pier Park was great. Right on the beach.
