“Hotel bello e ben tenuto, servizio di lavanderia molto comodo, stanza e colazione ok. Non vicinissimo alle spiagge ma nemmeno troppo lontano, 2 minuti in auto e si arriva. Il personale potrebbe anche sorridere un po', sembra che siano loro a fare un favore a noi che siamo i clienti!”

“Everyone knows about the elevators ! So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . We had a really good bartender Jameson ! He was fast & got us in & out ! The staff at the Alabama ice Cream shop were also Great ! Got us in & out as well , super friendly! Definitely recommend coming to Laketown Wharf”

“When booked I asked for a walk in shower highest floor and 2 beds away from the elevator. When checking in I was told all requests available, however when walking in the room, it was a tub not a walk in shower. I was then informed the only available room was on the 1st ,walk in shower but only 1 bed. This was 5 night stay and I was with my mother that cannot step into a tub. Unfortunately the 1 bed was our only option. The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. I was given free parking for...
