“All staff were amazingly friendly and very helpful. Always greeted when you entered lobby or dining area. Valet staff always greeted you as you came and went from hotel. Housekeeping was always fast to respond to any needs we had. Pool & Hot tub were both relaxing and enjoyable area to be in. “Everything is very dated, there's a strong smell of cigarettes, and if you open the window, the pipe from the restaurant downstairs blows kitchen smells into your room. Breakfast is also close to none - just ticking a box.”
