“we arrived to hotel around 6 pm . our first room was terrible , there was long hair all over the chairs crumbs on the microwave my wife found mouse turds on the bath room floor. Our second room was worse, human blood on the bottom side of the toilet , it was not clean on the inside either.The coffee maker in the room was dirty , she had to clean it just so we could use it. The bed sounded like it was ready to fall apart. When our concerns were brought up to the desk clerk. Here response was "oh...
