“The property is amazing. Located right on the beach in Grace Bay. Our room was excellent. Very spacious and comfortable with a semi- wrap around patio that offered privacy and wonderful ocean views. The staff warmly welcomes you and very accommodating. While the property does not have on dining, you are only minutes away in walking to a number of places. ”

“Beautiful property and very courteous staff. The beachfront side is new with attractive, modern furnishings. I loved the washer/dryer and large kitchen in the one-bedroom suite . The only issue with this property is the food and the wait for the food. The breakfast was not that great, the room service food was aweful (flatbread had chicken that tasted old) and they took very long. Also, the food (appetizers in this case) by the roof top bar took really long and was not good. They need to improve...

The hotel changed it only after many complains and eventually gave us a dusty mattress smelling of mould. When we complained again they tried to fix the problem with a clean cover but it was then the end of the week and not at all the best solution.
