“The room, bedding, and bathroom were clean and stocked. The upstairs tenants were noisy until 4am both nights I stayed. Made it hard to get a full nights sleep. In the room I stayed there was not good wifi connectivity. Made it difficult to do anything other than use the phone.”

We were also told that there was a swimming pool and BBQs on the rooftop Well, we got up to the room, the first thing we noticed was no jetted tub! UGH! In the morning we went down to breakfast, the biscuits were really hard, and I don't think the sausage patties were actual meat.UGH! We wanted to go swimming but couldn't find the pool so we asked at the desk where the swimming pool was? They told us that they had to remove it!...

“This hotel is a total time capsule from the 80s! The views from the rooms onto Oyster Bay are beautiful and serene. The room and lobby looked straight out of 1982 and were exceptionally well maintained. Sitting in the lobby I had flashbacks to being a kid and waiting at a doctor's office in the 80s, complete with stereo strings on the muzak lol. I was amazed at what a throwback it was. If you want a modern look in your hotel, this is not for you - it has the thick pile carpet, the floral...

“We stayed in a king suite facing the harbour. The view was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The entire space was immaculate. We appreciated the extra information provided on check in. MSS proximity to restaurants, shopping, and the ferry terminal made it easy to leave our car at home. Would highly recommend this property.”

“We were there for the 4th of July celebration and everything in the hotel was perfect. It was the best location to watch the fireworks. They were right in front of us and they were tremendous!!!
