“Staff was horrible”

“It wasn’t a bad place to sleep for the night. If we were going to stay longer, we might choose elsewhere. It was clean. The beds weren’t the most comfortable. The sofa/bed had soiled spots. You could tell it needed a bit of an update. Breakfast was alright—waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, biscuits and gravy (typical run of the mill continental breakfast and not the best one we’ve had before). “The room was filthy and old. How hard is it to paint. The sheets were clean and no bugs. There was a fridge and Microwave. But there were no utensils or cookware to use the cooktop. No dishes, just plastic and styrofoam cups. There was a construction lot very close to rooms. They were working on something and I had to ask the front desk to have them stop. Beep, Beep for over a hour. The free breakfast was coffee and two cereal containers and a table with 8 chairs. No water, and the utensil bins...

“The rooms are extremely dated. They smell of mold and I was really shocked to see a comfort inn in such bad shape”

“The hotel was in a great location for us with easy access to 40. Restaurants within walking distance and gas stations nearby. Staff was friendly and breakfast selections were decent.”
