Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. E' a 3 minuti a piedi da Harrods, 7 minuti dal Victoria and Albert museum, Museo di storia naturale e della scienza.”

“Loved the location and the graciousness of the flat. A bit shabby chic but it enhanced the overall feel of the apartment. Modern kitchen was appreciated. One note is that if one has any mobility issues, it’s a high step in and out of shower and can be a bit tricky. Thought the experience was just lovely.”

“Beautiful hotel just re-opened after an extensive refurbishment. Everything was fine even though the service is still doubtful and inattentive. On Sunday Morning, a strong noise from the renovation disturbed my sleep and the hotel did not even apologize. Also watch out for the à la carte breakfast that is one of the most expensive I had in the World. 60 Pounds for an omlette and orange juice! This is ridiculous and inacceptable. I will never have brekafast again at this hotel.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has an impressive winding staircase and fantastic glass chandeliers. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The attention to efficient design was noteworthy. That said, the bathroom was tiny, though highly functional. The included breakfast was perfect for starting the day. The neighborhood, just off Sloane Sq. worked out well for us, convenient to the tube and buses. Our last night we had terrific fish and chips at the pub The Antelope just a block...

“Hotel located in a historic building in South Kensington, a beautiful area a stone's throw from the Royal Albert Hall and the Natural History Museum, well served by public transport and very convenient for reaching both the airport and the city centre. It offers spacious rooms with large, very comfortable bathrooms. Great attention to detail and very friendly staff. However, the soundproofing is not great.”
