“Not a typical Holiday Inn. Building old. Doesn't smell the best. It was clean. The big issue is the toilet was SUPER LOW. Like if someone were older and or had knee issues it would be a major issue. I've never seen a toilet so low. ”

“We usually stay at drury properties no matter where we go, Fairview heights even though a newer one was probably the worst. The rooms were clean but the pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting there were hair, skin pieces, bandaids, and the overwhelming smell of urine. You could tell it had not been cleaned in a long time. And the hot tub jets did not work at all it was stagnant people soup. The staff seemed to not care about anything at all. “Pretty run down. Clearly been in heavy use for decades without much up keep. Staff was kind, and things were decently clean. Just a bit run down. ”

“Stayed 5 nights: 1st night, after driving 8 hours, realized the TV was not working due to a very obvious faulty hook-up cable situation, which I offered to fix myself as it was an easy fix & I was ready for Golden Girls & sleep.
