“Hotel molto bello, camera funzionale e panoramica anche se non grandissima. Bagno molto comodo, letto molto confortevole. Ristoranti con orari un po' stretti (in linea con quelli del paese).”

“La stanza era molto pulita e completa di tutto. Morbidi gli asciugamani. Molto utile la lavanderia nel piano interrato. Consiglio. Zona interessante.”

“良かった所：まだ新しい　仁川空港行きのバス停が近い　広蔵市場に近いなど私の行きたいところに便利な場所でした。安国も乗り換えはありますが、近かったです。 パークビューで眺めがよかった イマイチな所：金浦空港から地下鉄で行ったのですが、駅の階段が大変なのと、２つの駅のほぼ真ん中なので、駅から少し距離がありました。 掃除が雑。掃除機をかけないのか洗面所の髪の毛が三日間残ったまま。あとシーツを変えるよう札を枕に置いていたにも関わらず、そのままのシーツをメイキングしただけでした。 バスタブがないのが地味に辛かったです。 こう書くと悪いほうが多いみたいですが、今回の値段で泊まれるならまた泊まりたいと思いました。新しいというのがポイント高いです。”

“엄마랑 서울 여행 오면서 이용했는데 둘 다 만족했어요. 일단 위치가 좋아서 이동하기 편했고, 엘리베이터가 있어서 짐 옮길 때 정말 편했습니다. 숙소 분위기도 비즈니스 호텔 같은 느낌이 아니라 은은하게 한국적인 무드가 있어서 여행 온 기분이 나더라고요. 엄마도 인테리어가 너무 예쁘다고 좋아하셔서 뿌듯했어요. 아침에 간단하게 빵과 시리얼을 라운지에서 간단히 먹을 수 있어 좋았어요. 방에 주방이랑 가전들 테이블까지 있어서 편하게 잘 먹고 잘 지낸 여행이었습니다.”

“２日目の清掃が行われておらず フロントでバスタオルをもらいました。 追加されるはずの水もなくてがっかり ３日目はちゃんと清掃されてました。 なんでだろう”

“La habitación es muy chica pero tiene lo necesario para ir a descansar y continuar conociendo otros lugares. Mucha comida cerca, muchos lugares para conocer caminando. Es una zona comercial con mucho movimiento de día y de noche Así que no es tranquilo afuera pero adentro no oyes ruido. Aunque hay mucho movimiento nocturno no se ve inseguro”

“In zona centrale per lo shopping e in genere per visite turistiche. Buon hotel. Check in velocissimo con totem ultramoderno.”

“Small apartment, could barely fit 4 of us with our 4 big luggages. Toilet was quite small as well. At least it was clean, had washing machine & dryer, and provided towels when requested. When we checked in, we realised that there was no laundry detergent and texted the CS, they took a long time to reply and we almost went to buy detergent ourselves. They could have provided more instructions on what to do to get new towels etc as we had to wait a long time for them to reply”

“There's no breakfast available during our stay. Staff is okay but not so knowledgeable on what's included on our reservation. For the price we paid per night, its not worth enough compared to what we paid with other hotels.”

“Good view (for Namsan mountain & city) and clean facility... but one tower building (for hotel) with other separate club (for mainly other membership of swimming, fitness, golf range). Not so much choice of restaurant inside. Breakfast is also OK. One particular of this Banyan Tree Seoul is one "bath pool" inside of room (with separate small steam sauna). This is the main reason I made choice this time. Actually it is good experience. Main issue for this hotel is the price. Too expensive...

“Hotel molto bello ed in ottimo stato. Grazie all'ottima organizzazione della struttura, nonostante fossimo arrivate di mattina, abbiamo comunque potuto fare il check-in e posare le nostre cose nella camera che era già pronta. Il personale è stato molto gentile e preparato. La stanza non grandissima ma comunque ottima per trascorrere un ottimo soggiorno. Consiglio!”

“朝食のメニューが超充実で、今回初めてプールを利用しましたが、全体がラグジュアリーな雰囲気で素敵でした。 ラウンジのバルコニーが工事中で残念でしたがまたぜひ利用したいです。”

“It was ok. Good position and neighborhood. The bathroom was a wet bathroom, so after every shower everything got wet, a little uncomfortable for me”

“仁川からの空港バス6015が目の前に泊まるので本当に便利です。 ウルチ路４街の駅も５号線と２号線の2路線あるし、忠武路や鍾路にも歩いてすぐなのでとにかく利便性が完璧です。 ホテルは若干老舗ですが、清潔感があります。 バストイレとは別の独立洗面台が何かと便利です。 シャワーカーテンがたまに臭う時があります。”
