“I spent a week at the Richland Inn. The room was very basic. It would be an acceptable choice for someone who is not fussy and who is on a tight budget. There was no soap in the room and no hangers; an iron – – but no ironing board. Since there was no soap, there was no soap dish. So when they provided the soap that I requested, it caked and stuck onto the countertop.

“We were really excited to stay, but were sadly disappointed. The pool was very chilly. And the rooms and hotel were very run down. I know they were working on updates, but everything was very worn out and in bad condition. We could hear the people in the rooms next to and above ours so easily that we could hardly sleep even with a sound machine on. The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly, but I would not stay again due to the other issues.”

“when i went to check in I was informed that there was NO HOT WATER in the whole building and there hadn't been for months! I was given the option to cancel my reservation and that is what I did. Upon request the front desk person did send me a cancelation notice to my email, now I need to try and get my money back from Expedia. Wish me LUCK. This hotel should be removed from Expedia until it's issuses are solved.”
