8/10 Ottimo! (1015 recensioni)
The valet service was probably the best thing about this hotel. The night staff were not accommodating. The water in the lobby was empty and when we asked to get it refilled, she told us 15 minutes and we left about about 20-30 minutes and they never filled it.
We also found a roach in our room. I did mention it to the staff when we checked out but the room was generally cleaned so we assumed it may have come from another guest. This hotel is very conveniently located to a lot of the tourist spots, which we enjoyed.
