“Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. The whole place in CLEAN. There was a lady that asked us at breakfast how our stay was and they asked again when leaving. Very nice people that I talked to and would stay again.”

“We have stayed here before because this hotel is right across the street from the concert venue we frequent. As always, the staff was AMAZING and accommodating. It was chaotic busy in Des Moines with the state fair travelers but it was calm and relaxing inside the hotel! We will definitely keep this hotel as our go to place any time we stay in Des Moines.”

“This hotel experience was good from beginning to end. The staff was very friendly. The air conditioning was turned on when we got into the room after a long day at the fair, the room was clean. Breakfast was good…all in a great place to stay.”

“It is clean. The furniture is quite new. It is closed to many food and shopping places. The suite I stayed has a compacted well equipped small kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and dishwasher as well as pots and plates. Very nice hotel for a reasonable price.”

“We stayed at this property for the first time. Unfortunately, we didn’t get in until late, so we didn’t get as much time to spend here. Typically I don’t do a review but I didn’t want to pass up the chance. If you are debating if you should stay here….I at BOOK IT! This was one of the very best places I have ever stayed. “Excellent hotel within seconds of highway entrance (I80). Super clean, quiet, updated rooms with very comfortable bed and bedding, modern furniture and decor, huge TV, nice bathroom and walk-in shower with great lighting. NO yucky carpet, it’s all hard flooring in pristine condition! The grounds are clean with a large grassy area alongside the building to walk my little dog. “We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a quick walk to 3 restaurants and a convenience store. The outside lounging areas were great and we were able to enjoy the balmy 70 degree weather during our stay.”
