“Our room was always kept exceptionally clean and well stocked (which is unusual at this point in history, but which I really appreciate). The beds were comfy and the AC worked well. It is very conveniently located for train travelers and general tourists (plenty of transit options and plenty of activities nearby). The pool was dirty (always covered in a layer of leaves and dirt). And the whirlpool seemed to shoot cold water out of the jets. We inquired about it with an employee who told us...

“Honestly this was supposed to be a wonderful trip for my 30th birthday and it was exactly the opposite. The hotel staff were rude, not helpful, and the food that they served in their Italian restaurant was just about the most disgusting and worst food I’ve had in a while. Also not to mention overpriced. We spent over $100 on two dishes that were so bad we had to tell them to take it back.
