Welcome to our house in the villages pet friendly. We are certainly excited about having you as our guests. This adorable, ideally located Villa is nicely updated with all Stainless kitchen, fully glassed in Lanai for year round comfort and spacious deck with gas BBQ grill.

Living in The Villages in Florida sounds like a dream come true for many! With its array of amenities, social activities, and beautiful surroundings, it offers a unique and vibrant lifestyle. From golfing to community events, there's always something exciting happening. Exploring the area and experiencing all it has to offer would surely be an unforgettable adventure!

We have a special for our guest. We are offering free of charge dinner for 2 at the Villages.

With FREE 4 seater sporting faux Ostrich seats, storage platform for carrying fun stuff, an electric golf cart will zip you down to the shopping, dining and live musical performances 365 days a year! You’ll have The Villages as your Oyster! BBQ 🍖 on the patio or skip to Lake Sumter Landing, 5 minutes away for Live Music and Entertainment EVERY night of the year!

Each room features comfortable bedding and tasteful decor, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bath walking shower and walk in closet and desk for computer work and internet access along with satellite TV. The other bedroom has a queen size bed, sitting area, with a dresser, quality linen along with plenty of space for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

You can unwind and soak in the bath tub located in the second bathroom. The queen sleeper sofa from Tommy Bahama furnishings is roomy and practical for weekend visitors in the living room!

The kitchen comes with a table and 2 chairs, fully equipped with everything you would need to cook up all your favorite meals and eat together at the elegant dining table with 4 chairs.

The Golf card can travel 15 miles on a single charge, and there is a phone # in the back of golf card to call if run out of juice.

We will order the guest pass for each guest so you can enjoy the pool and the activities in the villages. Each pass cost $25 for each guest.
