“This motel was our first night in the US after a 10 hour flight and 3 hour drive. It was OK.. A bit tired, very noisy aircon but very pleasant staff and the breakfast option was welcome. It is convenient for Tallulah Falls and Gorge which is why we stayed.”

“Linda and Mike were outstanding hosts and welcoming to us. They were accommodating to special diet needs, and anxious to meet our requests. Food was delicious, the sitting area was cozy and our room was perfect. If it were possible we’d give 10 stars. Mike us a tour of the mill and a history of the property that made the whole experience fulfilling. ”

“We wanted to love this. We stayed in the bunkhouse- that was what was available. It was NOISY. Think nyc apartment. The bathroom would use some TLC. Checking in was not friendly or seamless. Seemed like there was not a clear place to go and that we were in the way. ”

“Outdated and poorly cleaned. We were charged an additional $180 for our room after check in because the hotel staff didn’t know what they were doing. We booked a suite with Expedia but hotel staff said we only booked a single king.”

“Totally acceptable very affordable motel. Nothing fancy, but everything was clean & in working order. Property felt very safe, especially at night — VERY bright security lights! Convenient to downtown Franklin. Would absolutely stay there again. ”

“My reservation had been canceled so I had to rebook on the spot, loosing my discount. The door to my room would not lock from the outside when I would leave. The TV remote did not work so I had to change the channel by going to the satellite box and manually changing it. I was told that there was no working remote for that room. Breakfast was a joke.
