“Very clean rooms, clean amenities, staff very polite and welcoming. Excellent service! Very satisfied with my stay. Worts the price and very convenient location. The pond view in the back and the palm trees was a plus!!! ”

“Customer service was amazing. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the knocking/thumping sound from the AC wall. Kept me up at night. I reported the issue to the front desk staff. Hopefully they get that fixed for the next person who stays in the room. Besides that, we have an amazing stay.”

“Excellent stay at the Hyatt Centric The Woodlands! The room was modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed.
One of the biggest advantages was the location. It’s conveniently located near the Cynthia Woods Pavilion, making it perfect for concerts and events without dealing with a long drive afterward. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are within walking distance as well. Highly recommend...
