“It was a busy weekend, we arrived for the 4th of July festivities. We parked at the garage but needed to wait a while for a space. The Carriage Way provided a card for free parking (two nights) and also gave us a gift (champagne) for the parking inconvenience! Our room was on the main floor right in the main lobby but it was surprisingly quiet. We loved all the amenities ( free water, sodas, and even red and white wine and homemade cookies). “This is a great property. The staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful. There are a few drawbacks for the price. While the property is air conditioned, there is only one control for all the rooms. This is a bit of an issue if you visit in July like I did. It was unbearably cold in the room because it had to accommodate everyone’s preference at the same time.
