“Very clean and tidy. Nice people. Very good breakfast. Good position.”

“La struttura è comoda perché vicino al centro di Penzance. La camera ampia ma necessita insieme al bagno una sistemata e rinfrescata. La colazione non mi è piaciuta. Il locale colazione presenta un tavolo unico non sufficiente per tutte le persone e manca di attenzione ai prodotti usati (pane con muffa). ”

“Friendly welcome, comfortable room with shower room and drink- making facilities. Very good breakfast. Convenient location for city centre visits.”

“Overall the property was very clean and everything was brand new. Great location and close walk to every where. Only down fall was the kitchen didn't have as many pots and pans if you wanted to cook a family meal. The iron was not working but we got a replacement the next day. The ceiling in the bedroom upstairs was quite low and became quite warm. The property does not have air con except for a fan in the living room. We took an additional fan with us which helped. I would recommend this...

“Il lavandino del bagno si otturava appena dopo aver aperto il rubinetto. I miei erano pieni di macchie. La finestra era sporchissima (dall’esterno).”

“No one came to clean/empty bins etc for the length of our stay. It was very noisy. Constant doors banging in the middle of the night. Some drunk person knocking on the door after 9.30 pm. Reception staff were fine, but had to request clean towels/extra toilet paper.”

“We stayed as a family of 4 in a superior apartment. The apartment itself is lovely and has been decorated really modern with nice touches. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment could have been better for me. The sofa bed bedding was all in a ball in a cupboard, none of it was folded up or placed nicely so the bedding and pillows had dust and bits of rubbish on.
