"All things considered, I has a nice stay at the hotel. Although service was not perfect, staff was very kind, which somehow compensated for the problems. "I booked a week before, the room to stay in Pune to stay on 8 - 9 May. I fully paid. Except the mail from Expedia, there was no communication from the Stay staff. The mobile number given was not working. I had to book another hotel after reaching the place. They cheated us"
