“Spacious and quiet studio just outside of Monksbar—I mean two steps and you are right there, ready to access the wall! It’s also a stone’s throw to the Shambles and the Minster. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend!”

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchen and some necessary utensils, which made it feel like a home away from home. The receptionist staff were helpful. The location is excellent - just a short walk from train station, the Shambles, York Minster and many other attractions. Everything is easily walkable, which made exploring the city very convenient. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting York! ”

“The place was good and the on site staff were helpful but the overall experience from Hotels.com was terrible and made the whole trip unpleasant. The accommodation don’t answer the phone and Hotel.com have appalling customer service and just don’t care what happens after they take your money, they openly admit that they have NO complaints procedure and that they do not abide by Data Protection law. ”

“This is an amazing spot. My family of 5 had everything we needed. I love that it was so close to city center but easily accessible. There is a pub next door that plays music a little late so if you like to go to bed early this may not be the spot for you. If we are ever in the area we will be back!”
