Hotel vicino a Thirumalai Thirupathi Devasthanam Temple - Chennai

“Clean room”

“very clean and comfortable rooms. staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“The location was very convenient. Excellent hotel but I paid the price for amenities like the pool and the gym. we couldn't use the pool as it was under long term repairs and the gym felt a little congested. But for someone who is not looking for extra facilities I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Clean room and helpful staff”

“The right place to rest comfortable, not far from shopping mall and from airport. They have a wonderful SPA.”

“While they have fancy staffs and interiors, the way it functions is very poor. They give you one card which is pretty much required everywhere, you need that to use the lift, it’s the power access for the room and if one person wants to leave the room, the power is gone? We raised this concern then a dummy card was given I mean what were they thinking? Dinner and breakfast were ok. They don’t give you the 100% experience for the money you pay for it.”

“Great breakfast Kind staff Comfortable Accomodation Enjoyed staying here”

“Clean”

“At the check-in, the credit card machine was not working. They tried my three cards with no success. Finally the check-in person accepted that there was nothing wrong with all my cards. After we moved in our room, we found out that the TV in the room was not working. They tried to fix the TV and eventually gave up and gave us another room. ”
