Checked in for 5 hrs before getting on a long flight. I made a reservation for myself, my 18 year old son and my 14 year old son. When making the reservation, I forgot to add 1 child to the reservation. When checking in, we were asked to pay 1000+rupees for an additional guest. I explained that we were only staying for a few hours and were not going to need any additional services. They had to check with management, etc, made us wait and unnecessarily argue before finally agreeing to give us the room without additional cost. Five hours later when checking out, I stopped at the front desk to turn in the room key and was again asked to wait for several minutes to get clearance from housekeeping before I could leave. I’ve never had to do that as part of checkout from any hotel anywhere. I will never return to this establishment again.
The room was nice enough and relatively clean, a bit in the small side but no complaints there.
