We booked the most expensive lounge room and the hotel staff and the housekeeping staff were lovely and hence the stars are for them.
The food was well below average, we paid extra for breakfast for 6 days and only managed to eat there 2 days because it was so bad and we ordered room service a bunch of times and each time the food was very mediocre.
Main thing to be aware of is that they do not allow Ubers near the hotel in the street and they want you to use their taxi service instead which is four times the price of the Uber. One day we decided to book an Uber (as it was 300 rs compared to 2500rs the hotel was asking for) after being ripped off a few times but we were told that we would have to go to the main road so we started walking to the main road which is about a kilometre away and came across a tuk-tuk so decided to get that to the main road mainly for a little tuk-tuk experience and suddenly realised there was a guy who'd followed us all the way from the hotel to make sure that we weren't getting in the taxi on that street and ended up having a big arguement with the tuktuk guy telling him to not take us. That was very creepy and weird and frankly a horrible thing for a hotel to do to this customers and guests.
