Hotel vicino a Thistle Golf Club - Sunset Beach

“Really great stay. Great location. Clean and great staff!! The exhaust fan in our room 217 Tahiti needs replacing it is so so loud and mold/mildew is present. The coffee in the lobby near check in was out of commission part of our trip when my daughter went to get coffee Friday morning. View was great! Only one pkg of coffee for our room with 4 people staying. ”

“Requested clean bedsheets and towels with one of the housekeepers but was never done.”

“This is our 2nd time staying here and there were noticeable improvements like the new gate to the pool and new wooden fencing. The only issue was the mattress in our room. It was lumpy, squeaky and the bottom sheet kept coming off. Not a deal breaker, just start replacing your mattress. ”

“Hotel was as expected, with one exception: the 6am continental breakfast wasn’t opened up at 6am. We had to be out the door early and was hoping to snag some quick bites before heading out, but unfortunately this wasn’t possible due to the office/breakfast area being open as scheduled. Part of the reason why we booked it. Bummer. Otherwise it was good for the price during spring break time!”

“Nice stay, clean rooms, tub was dated but fine for us. If you NEED WiFi for your trip, it is not good at all. Even watching Netflix was a stopping and starting situation throughout. Nice staff, convenient location.”

“When we arrived to check in I was given my room. No one told me that my room had been downgraded until we went up to see it. When I called, they basically told me that since I booked with Expedia (3rd party) that I had to take what I could get. ”

“This hotel it’s in bad condition no security some people brake our room and stole our property and the hotel don’t have any camara ”

“Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

“The room was subpar, paint peeling off the walls, the beds slept horrible, you literally feel the springs in the mattress. I was awaken at 8am on a Saturday morning to banging, sounds like hammering… I went to the front desk at 1:30 when it hadnt stopped and was told there is nothing they can do about the noise because owners arw allowed to work and do what they want in the units anytime 7am-10pm.
