“Clean room”

“The worst place I’ve ever stayed ! So disappointed from the minute I checked in My itinerary said check in was 3:00 pm and when I arrived I was told 4:00 pm then next on to amenities the pool was empty and told it’s been closed for a long time. Now I get to the room which looked and smelled like 1970 ! After long business meeting I returned to unclean room without explanation this happened 3 times then my request for a inconvenience credit fell on deaf ears as no one would help me but they...

“I live only one hour away from Little River but wanted to stay a few nights to do some fishing without having to make the drive every day, so being right across the street from the boat ramp was super convenient! “The property was fine, but the beds were by far the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. Hard with a metal sheet under the mattress acting as a bed spring. We almost left after the first night.”

“The view was good, the room was ok the toilet wouldn’t flush! The run around I dealt with to get a decent room was a bit much, the parking was awful! Thanks for the stay I don’t think I would recommend or return!”

“Great spacious a new looking room. Great ocean view, two bathrooms and fast elevators. Great pool area and restaurant and bar in house. Staff was great. Which the pool stay open until 11:00pm instead of 10:00pm”

“Close to beach”

“Balcony was small and the smell of someone smoking marijuana was terrible and we couldn’t sit out there!!!! TV would not work in living room and there was no one there after 8:00pm to look at it! Commode was wobbly upon sitting on it!!!!! Place to rinse feet off the beach wasn’t working!! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Thankful we were only there one night!”

“The room was clean. The hotel was OLD. Parking was terrible as you could not park on the site. Had to park at a lot across from the hotel with no security. The staff was good. The breakfast was average. Views from the balcony were awesome. ”
