We traveled 5 hours away for a baseball tournament and our family was excited to swim, as advertised, but we were unable to. ”

“We checked in late at night and they claimed their cc machine was not working. They made us pay $100 incidental fee in cash. We had no option. In the morning they added "extra" fees to our stay and refused to give us back our entire cash deposit. Very disappointing and criminal. The room conditions were just terrible.”
