“Pull into the parking lot and you can tell right away it’s the place to bring a prost itute or find drugs. Was approached by a black man as soon as I stopped my vehicle! Trash and filth surrounding the building. Stained and dirty walls. Stained and dirty sheets, mattress protectors, and mattress. Ancient heater and ac that looked hazardous. Disgusting and unsafe.”

“The pictures are deceiving. The non-smoking room I reserved smelled as though someone had just smoked a cigarette in it. I was moved to another room, but although it appeared somewhat clean, the linens had an unpleasant odor as well. Overall, the property is dirty and poorly maintained — more like a roadside motel than what was advertised. I would not stay here again.”

“Clean, friendly staff, no hairdryer. Breakfast is basic buffet style sub par quality. Dry overcooked rubbery cheese omelet with dry potatoes, cold hard boiled eggs, fruit and oatmeal as well as a waffle station. The missing hairdryer was replaced, but only after receiving a front desk call telling me to check the bathroom drawer and a staff member entering my bathroom to check the drawer without requesting permission to do so. “I stayed here because I was going to a concert at Proctors Theatre and this hotel was only a short 8 minute walk to the theater. I was pleasantly surprised by the room for an inexpensive hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was reasonably comfortable the towels were fairly new and soft. The downside? “This was our first stay at the Stockade Inn and there was filming going on Friday so things were chaotic but the staff was very helpful and we were given a $20 gift card to Arthur’s which we used for breakfast on Saturday. The room had not been vacuumed when we checked in but the staff was quick at responding and gave us a discount too. A new coffee shop opened on Sunday morning and had great bagels and baked goods for sale. Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay and will return.”

“Hotel molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Molto meglio degli hotel appartenenti a catene commerciali presenti nelle vicinanze. Camere spaziose, pulite e curate, alcune con una bella vista sul fiume (non la nostra). Il casinò, pur essendo nella stessa struttura, è ben diviso dall’hotel rendendo facile l’accesso ma mantenendo la privacy dell’hotel. Super consigliato”

“I could see why this hotel is a favorite for pilots & flight attendants. It is convenient to the airport & has a great shuttle service. Our receptionist when we arrived was extremely helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Our flight was very early morning so we didn't have breakfast but it looked like it would great.”
