“Compact rooms with limited space, inconsistent hot water, a considerable distance from the beach, and a mediocre breakfast offering.”

“The room was spotless. Bathrooms are very well taken care of. Everything was there that we needed”

“Well located, beach front. Staffs are super nice. The problems are the hotel often host events (team building, conference ect.. ) the hotel's guests are very impolite, they speak so loud and slamming the room's doors. There are 2 towers in hotel, they should arrange for that type of group in the different tower or different floor, not all in a floor or too close to each other like that. I understand that the hotel want to save energy, easier for cleaning but the guests need to be confortable...

“The staff at the front desk were the best ... I can't remember their names, but they were really good. The guys driving the golf carts were always stopping to ask if you needed a ride. And the ladies at breakfast were super good and attentive. The lady making omelletes was excellent Top marks to your staff!”

“The hotel is right at the center of the city, easy to get around. The room is spacious and spotless. The staffs are nice, friendly and very helpful.”

“Shocking difference between Expedia photos of resort and actual. The resort is dilapidated and filthy, old and in urgent need of attention and renovation. The best way I can make my point is to say I walked from a 5 day $600 stay rather than remain at this run down resort.”

“The resort should listed its name so you can find it. The rooms were across the street from this resort so it is very deceiving. Will not stay here again…”
