"Room was dirty. Bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned except for towels which were clean. A different room was provided after discussion with front desk staff. Second room was much cleaner. Air conditioner/heating unit did not work. Breakfast was okay. Would not stay at this business ..."

"The room was clean and well stocked. Had everything you would need. Front desk staff were very good if you needed anything like extra towels. Nice common area to hang out in and hot tub had a great view from the rooftop. Definitely will choose to stay here whenever in Canmore!"
