From the minute you walk in, you are well looked after. The reception team were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them. We had an excellent room over looking the front street, fabulous location, only a 2 minute walk into town.
Hotel exceptionally clean and a fabulous breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend if you are coming to Harrogate.

Hotel was clean and tidy but in need of renovation and decorating. Restaurant was good and food and staff were good.

"I think we were quite lucky as our room was ok. Clean, newish furniture except the bed which was ancient and the mattress had seen better days. The windows were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. We had a spa bath in our bathroom. Not that we used it but was very deep and being short ..."
