“1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....

“The hotel was beautiful, with the add Christmas feel. We stayed for one night, for a visit to Burghley House Christmas Market, it was perfect location. Dinner and breakfast was good, however a little expensive. The room was warm, cost and had all amenities needed. The only complaint, was the bed was a little hard. We would definitely recommend a visit to the Haycock Hotel. ”

“La struttura è antica, bellissima ma poco manutentata. Vetro rotto in camera, tappeti e moquettes ovunque poco puliti. C'è molta polvere. Le persone di servizio sono molto disponibili e gentili. Il ristorante degno di nota.”

“Sono stata in hotel per una notte, premetto che non conosco l'inglese... La zona non sarà delle migliori, ma è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione... Io l'ho fatto da sola di notte e senza problemi. L'hotel non è sicuramente quello che si può descrivere con un "wow", ma era molto pulito. In camera c'erano ventilatore, stufa, scalda acqua e microonde, oltre ovviamente alla tv. Per quel che mi serviva, ossia dormire una notte, era più che perfetta! Il mio encomio va al proprietario,...
