“Was told there were no rooms available on property when I walked in. Found one on Expedia and booked. Walked in and the receptionist, Vanessa, was extremely rude and tried telling me that I asked for a one bed when I walked in and argued that point when I asked for any room available. Rolled her eyes and just overall extremely rude. Spoke to another gentleman who took my name down and promised a call from the manager, never came.
