“The staff were helpful and professional. The room small and not much clean I wouldn’t pay more than hundred dollar for it.”

“It was perfection! The room was so quiet and the view peaceful. The whirlpool hot tub in the little round log house was excellent with shower facilities on site. The staff was friendly and helpful, even printing out a map so we could easily find the restaurant recommended to us. Lots of variety for breakfast choices and plenty of good coffee. Loved the complimentary cookies on arrival.”

“Everything was first class except for technology issues for me checking in/ out. My dog really liked the fenced dog area and made a new friend.”

“Camera spaziosa. Bagno non pulito adeguatamente. È presente una lavanderia ma è disponibile una sola lavatrice, che era occupata. La colazione niente di particolare, ma la signora che gestiva la sala era molto gentile.”

“Niente di speciale solo abbastanza vicina centro. Fortunatamente parcheggio per lasciare macchina anche se esterno. Non mi è piaciuto perchè si sono dimenticati di rifare la camera per 2 gg. Scomodo in quanto l'ascensore non arriva al piano delle camere ma bisogna scendere di 5 gradini per andare alla nostra camera terzo piano con le valigie pesanti. ”

“Nice family hotel. If you have 3 kids, the family room bunk beds are great. Breakfast decent. Pool always a hit with the kids. Welcoming friendly staff. On the downside, rooms were a bit noisy with creaky floors from upstairs neighbours and general hallway noise. But other than that, it has what you need to be comfortable.”

“The place was clean! A bright, simple room, one queen bed, a window to the street, bathrooms close by across the hall. There's a roomy kitchen-living-relaxing space, fridges, free tea and coffee (the manager, John, makes a pot in the morning.) The location was excellent--right on the corner of Bastion and Commercial street, giving you walkable access to all the main attractions of Nanaimo.
