“The room could have been better. The pillows were lumpy and I found a couple of bugs in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Walking distance to a lot of eating areas and the Mall along with Safeway next door. Only issue is slightly confusing getting into the parking lot for the hotel.”

“When we arrived, the front desk told us our reservation had been cancelled due to "over booking". I made the reservation 2 months in advance. Never received notice that it had been cancelled. The woman at the front desk was not friendly at all and didn't offer any help or compassion about our reservation being cancelled. “The outside is well maintained. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The floors were sticky. Looks like they are trying to renovate some of the rooms.”

“The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had a whole baseball team here and they made sure all of our needs were met! The kids had a great weekend.”

“Room was very clean, I like that it had a retro feel to it. Staff was super friendly checking in and out. Parking was good, plenty of room.”

“Property was clean and worth the cost. I would definitely stay there again. It was perfect location for my visit to Castle Rock. Lots of choices for food. Only problem was office said 24 hours but they locked office door at night and was unable to get anyone. They did put a number to call”
